Peter has worked across various sectors in the tanker industry and started his career with the chemical tanker owner, Stolt-Nielsen in 1996, gaining experience in the parcel tanker trade. He then joined Seachem Tankers before their merger with Odfjell Tankers in 2000, where Peter worked in the UK office for over fifteen years with the last four being as Managing Director. Odfjell (UK) owned four vessels under the UK Tonnage Tax system, sponsored ten cadets and were engaged in CPP chartering for the Odfjell fleet of chemical tankers. Since leaving Odfjell in 2017, he has worked for Curzon and Agelef Maritime focusing on the handy, MR and aframax sectors before joining Heidmar in September 2023.
