Heidmar is particularly proud of its best in class record for claims collections in terms of quantum collected against invoiced and as importantly the time taken to collect. 

Responsible for the daily operations of Pool Partners assets, our Operations Team remains focused on the correlation between quality voyage performance and higher returns for our Pool Partners. 

Heidmar’s results-proven policies and procedures, combined with the scale that the pools present to the market, provide the Operations Team with the effective tools to protect owners interests in reducing voyage costs (i.e. port calls, bunker purchase planning, and vendors) and at the same time protecting the pool partner’s assets.
